Hi I was told my bills are 87 a month been online and its £117 a month. I moved house and transfered everything over was told 87 a month until august 26. My bills online say different.

I spoke to the complaints department as I am now a single parent canr afford what I was originally paying and he agreed it would be £87 a month for sky tv and broadband until august 2026.

We obviously can't see your bills. The usual reason for a bill increase, other than the usual annual price increase in April, is that a discount has ended.

Perhaps compare the latest bill with previous ones to see where it differs.
