Hello .what is going on with sky
i pay my sky bill by direct debit every month
have just recently got sky glass
my bill said i am £54 in credit
on the bill page it says that i paid £90 on the 15th june by credit card ( no i didnt )
also saying they tried to take £90 on the 21st june but it failed
i dont pay my bill until the 28th of the month by direct debit
what is going on !
they are also saying my account is restricted ( but its not )
totaly confuseed
