I Recent I got the sky glass tv
I had a bill not that long again then I had another bill ,I'm trying to pay it but and when I got on my my sky app it say about the payment for sky streaming TV wasn't payed but nothing is coming up for me to pay

money got taking from my account but where I didn't no it was coming out ,so I didn't transfer it over so it got put back in as it made my account overseas

I payed one bill on the 8th of December then had another bill come out yesterday
and because I didn't no it was going to be in two parts
I missed the second bill
and on the app ot says my sky streaming bill wasn't payed but when I go on the payments to pay it there isn't anything on there to pay

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
