If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

We obviously can't see your bills so have a look at the breakdown of your bill and see where the extra amount is mentioned. Coukd be the discounts are ending at the same time. And check the dates the bill refers to.

Re: bill amount

This also has happened to me an email saying going up £3

When i phoned sky they said they emailed me in dec saying my contract is changing. I never got it they put it on my messages in my sky app that i don't check plus it's gone up £22 plus £3. They are a joke the service is just as bad.I'm looking to go else where now.

@Maggieanmillie an increase of that amount suggests that your discounts have ended, same as the original poster.Regardless of reminders, you should have been aware when your discounts will expire, as Sky explain that when you sign up to an offer. To cancel your Sky services, 14 days notice is required for broadband, 31 days for other services.

The email should state that you can leave Sky broadband penalty free if you contact them within 30 days of receiving the email. The same does NOT apply to a TV subscription.
