admin fee £10

I've renegiated my charges with Sky and at the end of the call I was told there was a £10 Broadband Admin Fee.

 

I said I wasn't happy to pay this and the manager waived the amount for me.

 

I have now been charged this on my invoice

 

Why is a persons word not kept these days?

You will have to call Sky and get them to listen back on your original call. Firstly though have you checked your future bills to see if it's been reimbursed as a credit?!
