Lost my 7 year tenure because I moved flats and wanted to stay with Sky...

Moved flats through the normal processes that sky provides, and my benefits for the time i've been with the provider simply disappear??
Whats the benefit then? 
(+ had other issues that are taking ages to solve. basically paying to loose benefits and days without wi-fi at home)

You guys should be ashamed.

We're other customers here...  What did Sky say when you spoke to them about this?
