additional cost issue

 

 

 I don't understand why there is an extra fee of £18.55? My monthly fee is £25 per month, what is the £18.55 fee?

This is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t addressing a Sky Customer Service agent here. We obviously can't view your bill. Click on any blue arrow by the £18.55 amount and see what it says.

Also check the dates you've been billed for. You may have been charged for more than a month.
