account number

i have two account numbers 

old one  the email is 

 

 

New one 

 

 

i can login in and can see my old account but i need to see my new one

so please either change or send the new account details to my other email which is

You are not talking to Sky here as we are customers who help each other.

 

To see you other account you would need to logout and login with the other accounts login details. If you have yet to set one up this link will help you to do this:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id

 

You will need to use a different email address.

As you can probably tell the forum filters don't allow personal information such as email addresses to be displayed. As this is a public forum that would be unwise anyway.
