Your system does not recognise my address
The address you have on your system is incorrect, I did say this at installation. We are now moving and have booked a house move but currently all the equipment will go to the wrong house

Just give Sky a call so that your address can be updated.

@Jaki72 the only way to resolve this will be to pursue it through Sky. It's only Sky that can get your address put right in your Sky account.

Thanks for your reply, myself and my daughter have been on to sky around 10 times and still no further forward, I spoke with them today and she said their system doesn't recognise the address...we're not sure where to go from here...

No its quite a old property. Open reach have been out and sky have sent hub to that address and its on royal mail checker....now sky are saying its a mismatch address...it is a odd address as its a cottage in the grounds of a larger house...
