Wrong tarriff

I am being billed for broadband tariff although i signed up or social tariff .i reported this a few weeks ago and was advised (on line) it would be looked into.im still in the same position and now cant seem to get through to the right help .can someone direct me to correct help please.

You'll need to persevere on the general number which is 150 from your Sky Talk landline. There is no special number regarding social tariffs.
