Wrong payment

Last month i already sent my iphone 17 pro max back to the sky hub and got a email from sky that i was received by sky.

i paid extra fees last month for 17 pro max that i already send back 

and still it's showing i got a payment for that device .

i haven't got the refund from last month as well and now a new payment has been made for 17 pro max.
