Wrong details

I keep getting calls about a switch in somebody else's name. I've tried customer services but now can't get through security and so was sent a txt to get help via this forum. Absolute joke. I've been with sky 5yrs now. My mobile and tv and broadband all with sky.

It might be that someone made a mistake when putting their order through so you will need to call Sky about this. 

You say you can't get past security, why what is happening ?
