Wrong details on sky mobile account

I've ordered a mobile upgrade and can't get my credit agreement because sky have linked my mobile to an invalid email address.  They won't change it and I can't link it to my household account.  I've phoned sky twice on 150 and they keep sending me the link to credit agreements but I can't login to see it.  It's ridiculous that I can't get help with this!
