Wrong bill

Billed £46 again, when after spending hours on the phone .. stated £27 for 24months... nope still £46 just for broadband

@Hippy42 the first two bills can oftern vary due to services starting midway through a month and set up charges so do check the way the bills make up. However if the monthly rate is wrong call Sky complain and ask them to check what was agreed. If it was agreed over the phone they can check the call recording.
