Hi,
I signed up for Sky Glass at the same time as moving address. I ended up having to take collection of the TV at the old house (I was lucky to still have the keys), but I've now changed address.
How do I go about updating it - I can't do it in my Account as it seems set up for the old satellite setup where I'd have to cancel the account and open a new one at the new address.
Can anyone help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you cancelled at your old address then you will need to setup a new ID to use.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:

Thanks for your reply. I cancelled at the old address, and returned the old equipment.
I'm seeing bills for my new Sky Glass in this current ID (same as the old one) - if I cancel it, will I be cancelling my subscription? Or can I just set up the new ID and get the bills there?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have tv,broadband and talk on Sky q with dish.When I applied through the Sky Postcode checker,my address wasn't listed,explained to Sky to change it manually, but when I got my service installed and checked My Sky,it is still showing incorrect address.I can't change it through My Sky app so need to get Sky to change it from their end.I have been with Sky since end of 2023,can someone help, thanks.

I did,maybe 20 years ago,but this is an issue with Sky and their postcode checker,doesn't bring up my address.If I go onto Royal Mail postcode checker,its there,no problem.

Just an update,I phoned 150 on sky talk and got the address changed manually and its been updated on my account, thanks for your reply.
