Need to discuss amendment of my mobile bill as you have received my returns but it doesn't reflect on my account.

In case you’re not aware, this is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. Sky won't call you back. Returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed, examined and valued.
