Would it be possible for a call back please

Need to discuss amendment of my mobile bill as you have received my returns but it doesn't reflect on my account.

In case you’re not aware, this is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. Sky won't call you back. Returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed, examined and valued.

Keep an eye on your future bills as this is where anything should appear once you device has been received into stock.
