Hi I've cancelled my broadband as bt is cheaper and I've upgraded. Why have I just noticed about how I'm paying two broadband bills?

As you see those two cover different dates as one is for 12 and the other for 18 days this is due to your discount ending next month.
What is your last day with Sky Broadband and did you leave by giving the required 14 days notice to cancel or did you use the switching service to move to Bt ?
