Hi,
Thanks for reply. It looks like they are charging me for two months in one payment.I was charged €35 on 23rd oct. for 29th oct - 25th november. Next payment is due on 23rd december and it shows two separate amounts, €31.50 for 26th nov to 22nd decemb and €35.00 23rd decm. to 22nd january and than €35.00 thereafter. Why didn't they send me a bill for november?

Because for Sky you always pay a month in advance so the first bill or 2 will always generally be higher as a result.

Take a read of this https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills which explains how the billing works and why the first bill or 2 may be different to what you are expecting
