Why is it saying I’ve paid my bill?

My account says I paid my phone bill yesterday but no money has gone out of my account?

Your account will say this when the process to take the funds has started so your account might update today or tomorrow to show that this bill has been paid.

As you made this post on Monday, 'yesterday' refers to Sunday. Payments aren't processed at a weekend. Do NOT be tempted to make a manual payment.
