Why are monthly subscriptions changing to irregular amounts when all thats changed is Netflix

Monthly subscriptions until July were £42.50

August increased to £51.17

September decreased to £46.50

October increased to £47.39

The only change in our service was the addition of Netflix for £4.99 which was added for viewing in October.

Why were there these fluctuations (an increase in August and a decrease in September, apart from the expected increase in October, although this wasn't for the £4.99 that was expected for Netflix. The increase in October was for 89p.

Hi @Eddie1944   As far as I can see, the only variable is Netflix (Ultimate TV). Note the -26 days and -5 days. These are catchup charges. The -26 days appears to been discounted to zero leaving you with a 89p charge which is the difference between September and October. Your bills should be stable again once Netflix has disappeared.

@Eddie1944 what do your bills show the additional amounts are attributed to? We customers here can't tell you.

@Eddie1944

Have you changed your billing date or has a discount now finished or perhaps both might have occurred ?

Re: Why are monthly subscriptions changing to irregular amounts when all thats changed is Netflix

Hi, thank you for your reply, the billing date has never been changed. In the October bill various offer end dates are mentioned as are discounts but they are too complicated for me to work out how they affect the amount charged. It means going through the last four months which, having looked at October, is beyond me.
