Macfee

Why does Sky say a have an active Macfee subscription when they don't offer the macfee promotion anymore and I haven't used it?

If you're being billed for it then call them up and give notice to cancel it.

 

Whether you've used it or not won't change the charging situation.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

This might be for people who subscribed to if before Sky withdrew it for potential new customers.

 

To cancel McAfee:

 

Login to MySky here - https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk
Select Manage > Broadband and Talk > Broadband Shield.
Scroll down and click the McAfee logo.
Click Manage McAfee subscription.
Click Manage my subscription and follow the onscreen prompts.
