Why are u still taking money from me when I've cancelled everything from you for over month now
I've NOW CANCELLED MY DIRECT DEBIT FROM TODAY
CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHY

In case you’re not aware, this is a forum where customers help other customers with Sky related issues. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here.
Bills are generated two weeks before your payment date and you pay up to and including your final day of connection. If you cancelled correctly it's inevitable you pay past that and Sky then refund the overpayment. Unfortunately now you have cancelled your direct debit this will take longer as Sky will now have to raise a cheque and post it to you.
