Have you activated your Netflix account and linked it with Sky?

Sky does have packages with NetFlix but that doesn't make it 'free'.

It is itemised and charged for.

For example, Signature and NetFlix at £35 could mean you pay £24 for Signature and £11 for NetFlix.

Of course, this can change when any discounts expire.

...or do you mean NetFlix are charging you separately?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
