Why am I getting an email saying I haven’t paid my bill when I have

I have paid my bill online and the money has been taken out of my bank and I've just received an email saying it hasn't been paid when I have. I haven't had any money sent back to my bank either

What else does this email say, does it include a link that says it is going to your account because if it does then it isn't from Sky but from someone who wants to capture your financial details.

Yes the link goes to my account, I have the app and it takes me straight to it. There's no way to call sky is there?

I'm still not sure about that email but if your account is up to date then you should have nothing to worry about.

@Natalie080803 do you have a direct debit set up? And if so, was it returned unpaid by your bank?
