Why am I being charged twice this month
I am being charged twice I am wonting to cancel my sky as bills keep going up 7 years I've been with yourself and had nothing but problems internet keeps going off told I need to go for the more expensive wi fi and I'm only on the basic package now on tv and your prices are going through the roof so I know I will need to pay a for early leaving but I've never seen any money back or credit to my account

Are you maing unecessary manual payments because if so you shouldn't be doing this as Sky will take the payment from whatever payment method you have set up on your account so by making the payments yourself all you might be doing is to put a credit on your account.
If you are moving to another ISP then you could use the one touch switching system which is explained in this link and if fopr broadband and talk only:

If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 14 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this and you need to give them 31 days notice to cancel your TV.
