Giftcloud voucher not received

I signed up to Sky Broadband over 120 days ago and I haven't received my £80 M&S voucher from giftcloud. I have contacted gift cloud but they talk in circles. I provided my details and reference number to no avail. Can someone help?

Did you sign up directly via the Sky website or a comparison website ?

Problem is, I cant remember! I have all the info, I had a link direct from Sky to finish the deal, so must've been from Sky/giftcloud.

I have read that.. so basically giftcloud are going round in circles and sky won't intervene. Brilliant, Merry Christmas!

Exactly the same is happening to me I've messaged giftcloud several times and only get the automated response and it never gets followed up. Called sky several times who always tell me it's being dealt with and that it will be sent in a few days........ still waiting 6 months later!!!

Same here. I only signed up with Sky because of the offer. I contacted Giftcloud as I hadn't received anything and they said they'd emailed a link which had expired and they couldn't resend it so it's was tough. I haven't had anything unless it had gone to junk. Contacted Sky who referred me to this chat. Never experienced anything like it. Certainly won't be renewing at the end of my contract. Customers are definitely not put first and end of the day Sky are Partnering with Giftcloud to entice new customers but aren't putting customer service first from my experience. Did anyone resolve this?

I can perhaps see why as we used to be able to escalate posts like these to get you further help but this has been down since the summer due to issues with the software provider so we are unable to do that so I would put in a complaint:
