Which packages
I am interested in switching provider but not sure which option to go for. I would like fairly decent Internet and we tend to watch Netflix or record dramas and programs from normal TV. Which package would give me this option and how much is it?

Re: Which packages
@Helen265 Your post has been moved from the email board as that is not an email route to SKy but intended for customer with Sky/Yahoo email account related queries, you're also not contacting Sky customer services by posting here.
All info regarding packages are available online at Sky.com.

Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

100Mbs FTTP (if that's available where you live) or higher.
and we tend to watch Netflix or record dramas and programs from normal TV.
Sky Essential TV on a Stream puck would be the cheapest option.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: Which packages
To 'record' the only option is Sky Q.
But the market is moving heavily to streaming and recording will eventually disappear.
