When will the app update

Hi,

So I received my mobile sat 25, the app still hasn't updated to say it's been delivered. What can I do? It's only saying my predicted bill for the upcoming months is my sim - not my mobile.

All you can do is to call Sky on 150.

I rang last wednesday, he said it'll update in 24 - 48 hours. It still hasn't updated. Am i best to ring back the same number or is there anything else i can do?

There is not much you can do but to do as you did before and call them on the same number.
