We're a customer Community, so nobody here can tell you.  If it's not shown in My Orders here, you'll need to speak directly to Sky.

@Fraser81282

I've moved your post from the Accessibility board as it's not the type of issue for there. What services are you having installed?

By the way you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum.

Sky satellite television setup typically has installer attendance.  Sky Broadband may or may not do so: this isn't necessary for most FTTC, but is required for new FTTP.  Sky Glass and Sky Stream has no in-person support other than courier delivery and (optional) tabletop stand assembly for a Glass television set.

@Mark39

Sky need to add a banner to the top of every page: "This is not Sky Customer Service. This is a customer information forum only."

Honestly, the amount of posts like this surely points to the fact that people are confused about what these forums are for.

Possibly, but to be honest, from my 10 years+ experience here, I doubt anyone would take much notice!

@82bit

I agree with @Mark39 Some customers don't read (or choose not to believe) that we are customers and not Sky employees under the date and time in bold print so unfortunately I think you're living in hope.
