Sky satellite television setup typically has installer attendance. Sky Broadband may or may not do so: this isn't necessary for most FTTC, but is required for new FTTP. Sky Glass and Sky Stream has no in-person support other than courier delivery and (optional) tabletop stand assembly for a Glass television set.

Honestly, the amount of posts like this surely points to the fact that people are confused about what these forums are for.
