When does my current contract end?

Dear Sir/Madam

 

my current broadband has been very poorly serviced. my husband and I are constantly needing to supprt our work with personal hotspot. I would like tk know when my contract moved in order to explore the possibility of switching to fibre internet

In case you are not aware you are not talking to Sky support on here as we are customers who help each other. To answer your question this link should help you to locate your broadband contract:

Usually the contract would be for 18 months in length.
