on your mySky in contracts/docs, can you see the changes? if not, please contact sky directly and they can check if this was an agent or not.

If it was a while back and the discount has finished you will see a price increase which is normal as the discount you go would have been for a certain time like 12 or 18 months.

Hi there! I spoke to them on the 23rd of June this year ,so it's like 10 days ago ...they offered me a discount with sky cinema and broadband togheter for like 18 months . And when I went to watch this movie, the subscription for sky cinema was gone and tbh the broadband is playing a bit and it never happened before so that is why I thought maybe someone scammed me...but yeah I don't think it's in they're interest to do such things. I don't know if it matters but the contract with broadband it's about to terminate in August . I'll try give them a call in the morning to understand more. Thank you for you comment 😊
