When did it become so difficult to renew a contract????

Website doesn't give options.

Phone call is unintelligible voice in India.

Virtual assist is an hour of your life that you cannot get back.

Been with sky for many years. Want to renew at a sensible price for the right package. Very close to cancelling everything.

My Broadband is also with SKY but runs out in November. I'll let the TV deal roll until then and then shop around for a combined package.

Maybe the fact that the broadband is out of sync with the TV is what caused the price to be higher...

It's certainly possible you may get a better deal to renew your TV and Broadband as a combined package from Sky when you're towards the end of the broadband minimum term.

I used the chat service to renegotiate just the other day...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You could call sky and ask to speak to the retention team, say that you are leaving them

I tried. I got India and they say they have no way of transferring me.

I managed to cancel multiscreen via online chat.

They then offered me a new 'deal' that is £37 a month more expensive than what I have now 😂

@PT17 are you already in contract? You may not be able to achieve a similar discount on renewal. Discounts appear to be harder to come across than in the past.

Out of contract, rolling forward.

Wow - £37 more than list price isn't much of an incentive to sign up to a new 24 months minimum....
