When I set up broadband accounts

Hi when sky took over my existing contract with clear business I presumed that the contract had finished but they are now saying the broadband wasn't stopped and a rolling cost for myself is now over £200. I was totally unaware of this and need your help.

Sky don't take over contracts with other providers. How did you sign up with Sky?
