Give a 10 rating for a member of staff.
I wanted to give the lady(Nora I think) I spoke to on Saturday 14th June. I thought I was going to get a message to rate my experience and I wanted to give her a 10. She was friendly, patient,polite and knew exactly what she was talking about. I hope this message gets through.
