What's on
I left Sky on 21st of Sep. 2025, and returned all Sky six equipments in one box on 29th September 2025, as it already confirmed in sky email on 29th Sep.2025 evening. I paid £49 for Sky Broadband on 6th of October 2025 and £35 for Sky TV on 7th October 25. However; I received a letter with a returning label that asked me to return your equipment a few weeks ago this year. I have tried very hard to contact sky via email and phone but all failed. Then, I received ccs collector email and letter in which asked me to pay sky debt of £45, that made me mad. So I have contacted ccs via a phone, then emailed the copy of the receipt from Post Office and Sky confirmed email to ccs and wait for the result. But I received a text message and an email again today in which said I have to pay £38 to Sky if I do not return Sky equipment before 11th Feb 26. Please tell me what is going on. Please check it.

@Bing4
You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
If Sky have passed your debt to a debt recovery company you should deal with them. Sky might not be able to tell you much other than the details of the company that is dealing with it.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
