Good evening
I spoke with one of your agents last week and I was expecting a call last Friday to cancel my Sky Q

I am moving and I no longer need Sky

he said I could cancel and how he would give me a call on Friday… But I didn't hear from you

I tried to call a few times. even today and I was left holding twice first time for 15 minutes  The next 18 minutes  I then hung up 

I noticed payment came out of my account

can someone please call me tomorrow to discuss all this because obviously I need to cancel it and return the box

Sorry but you are not emailing or talking to Sky by posting on here as this is where customers help each other.

 

There really shouldn't be a reason why whoever you spoke to didn't process the cancellation for you seeing as that would start your 31 days notice so as they didn't do it all you can do is to call back again and hopefully someone will then do this for you.

 

If you are in a contract there might be early termination charges if Sky agree to release you early from the contract.
