ok so my deal has just finished. I've been paying about £85 for 18 months.
my deal has finished and now it's £120.
today I just called and was told the best they can do is £106 if I lock in for 24 months as there are no good deals going.
his advice was to call back in 10-15 days to see if there is a better offers on.
to get a good deal is the only way to threaten to leave or leave and return?
I don't mind locking in for 24 month but not at £106 a month.
