Want to make formal complaint

How do I make a formal complaint?

They have been overcharging me, keep making cases and telling me they are going to sort it but they are actually ignoring me and doing nothing but over charging me constantly.

So I'm going to cancel and want to make a formal complaint because it's ridiculous going on 3 months now.

@Hannahmcn have Sky acknowledged that you're being overcharged? We do see many instances where customers are not actually overcharged though it appears that they are.

Yeah they have agreed I'm being overcharged but yet keep giving the run around going 3 months now saying yes I'm being overcharged we will open a case to get it corrected but this is the exact conversation every time.

Re: Want to make formal complaint

Yes I joined sky last year at £48per month and in to July 2025 and paying £60 per month plus my internet at £35. It has gone up £12 for my tv and £3 for my internet. This is discusting price increase. I am on a basic pension and can not afford this. I would like to get this solved but I do not have any joy I will take it further. Frances

@Frances20
Unless you’ve recently changed your subscription, prices increase due to either the annual price increase (April in the UK), your discounts have ended, or a combination of the two.

Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ

@Frances20  Threats to "Take it further" are of no use in the community as your fellow customers can't do anything to lower your prices, however you can, by calling Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Frances20

And not sure what you mean by taking it further. If you only joined last year you agreed to a 24 month minimum term deal and with that comes the annual price increase in April 2025 and another in April 2026. If the increase you're seeing is due to that then there's nothing to be solved.
