Want to confirm package at the discount rate

I had an email to renew my broadband/tv, with a discount fora 2yr contract.

when I go on to my sky it keeps saying technical error, start again.

its not allowing me to do it

@Mark679 you could try clearing your browser cache, just in case that's the cause (though I doubt it). Failing that all you can do is call to see if Sky can apply the deal manually
