You might be able to do this online here:
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
For Broadband/talk if you are moving to another ISP then you could use the one touch switching system which is explained in this link

If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 14 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

You can't cancel on a public forum. The cancellation details are available here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv, if you kick I need more help it will provide the methods of contacting Sky to request a cancellation, note that if you are still within a minimum term contract you may not be able to cancel or if Sky do allow you to cancel you would face early termination charges.
