@Hs37 typically invoices are associated with business use and Sky don't allow any business use of their domestic products, hence they don't provide invoices.

Invoices are required by HMRC where a VAT-registered business supplies goods or services to another business, but that isn't how the Sky products covered by these forums are provided (even if a domestic customer chooses to use them for business purposes, and irrespective of whether they are personally VAT-registered)

Sky has separate business television and  broadband offerings with appropriate tax-relevant billing mechanisms, and have recently started doing business mobile subscriptions.
