Waiting for refund

Hello ,

 I have actually left sky on 15/11/2024 and I was told not to cancel my direct debit so I can receive the credit that was reflecting in my final bill. It's been 6 weeks now and My direct debit is still active but I haven't received any refund from sky. Can you please help me out or escalate this?

We can but before we do can you confirm that you see a credit on your account as it is this that can be refunded.

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
