WAITING FOR REFUND ON SKY PUK BOX

SKY PUK BOX was RETURNED within the 31 day cooling period and NO REFUND processed/ Shoes received. Help please!

Wete you charged a fee for a non return of the Sky puck and if so do you have the proof of posting from when you returned it ?
