Need sky contact number

woke up today and my services are restricted. I'm not due paid till next Wednesday but now my phone and my brothers number is cut off, I can't phone anyone from sky because I can't find a number and I can't speak to an agent on the chat just the stupid bot which btw IS NOT helpful. It's driving me crazy now sat all day yesterday trying to phone and today woke up and services off and still can't phone?!? Please Help me!!!!

Restrictions are applied automatically so agents can’t override the process. If your services have already been restricted any calls made to Sky will only prompt you to pay.

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. It’s worth noting that it you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.

If you can’t pay what you owe in one go you can pay what you want, but until the bill is fully paid Sky will not normally reinstate your services. On rare occasions they will allow you to carry over up to £25 to the next month but that is based on your previous payment history. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link

Its also worth mentioning that you can’t cancel whilst restricted.

Once you’ve done the above you’ll be able to call Sky if you still need to speak to an agent.

Well I've tried all day yesterday before my services were out off today, I've never missed a payment or been late before bill was issued 14th of Jan but due to me losing my job I don't get paid till the 5th of Feb. Obviously I need my phone and the fact you can't actually get through to anyone even prior to my services restricted is a bit of a joke. Sky has becoming quick frankly the worse company to be with for mobile I've had it 2 years almost and now I can't speak to a person or even request a call back to tell the truth when I knew I couldn't pay on the 14th I've tried just not really sat hard and tried but occasionally come on I've reinstated my DD done that yesterday. So there's nothing than can be done for a week that's just bloody great 👍

As stated that applies to all customers who's subscriptions are restricted due to missed payments including mobile, TV and broadband/Talk. It's automatic so until it's paid you can't do anything.

The rules regarding bills being paid apply to us all regardless of our circumstances. With a direct debit services are only restricted when Sky can't take the payment after trying for a second time and they will try to take it again 10 days after the first attempt failed.
