Vue tickets

I've moved your post into a thread discussing the changes for this offer.

So the app has recently been updated so click on the V.I.P. tab. You need to scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left and they are the 4th or 5th tile along

I cannot access the Vue tickets link. I ama VIP customer and have Sky cinema package.

Tried that but the Vue link is not there. All previous months have been fine.

@Lancaster+SE25 They are there but now well hidden.

Try this:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Uninstall and reinstall if necessary.

2. Open the My Sky app and click on the VIP tab. The star icon will turn solid blue.

3. Scroll down to the Rewards For You section.

4. Press and hold a finger on the first tile and scroll left. The Vue tickets will be the fourth or fifth tile along.

That's the trouble it is not there. I have reinstalled the app and still not there.

Link to voucher rewards has not appeared under my rewards in June.
