Vue cinema tickets

I am unable to locate or claim my free monthly Vue cinema tickets. This is the second month in a row. How can I rectify this issue?

Hi @BYP 

 

What issue are you having? How are your trying to claim them? Via the my Sky app or website? Are you seeing an error? I redeemed mine via the MySky app without issue yesterday. They are in the VIP section on my Sky.

Hi,

trying to get them via the App, but they aren't listed under the Sky VIP section. They were there last month but the App wouldn't let me claim them
