I want to view previous bills / statements to both my sky broadband/talk and sky mobile. This was previously available however it is now restricted - why!

I want to view my old statements too. I contacted their customer service was directed to an offshore agent who told me that sky would send me copies of my old statements in 2-3 days. I have received zero. I am **bleep** off about this and I know I have a legal right to view them.

The account is closed. The rep told me she would have to send me the printed statements as they are unable to send them to me PDF. In any event she lied. This was the highest agent they could escalate my issue to. Regardless I still have a right to my information. I need it for my own records.

How old? I don't imagine that Sky,qre questioning your 'legal right' of access to them.

No they didnt. They confirmed I have a legal right to view them. The bills I want to see are from 2019-2021.She could view them but for some reason they can't make them downloadable. They need to be printed and she told me they would do that. It's been a few weeks now. I dont understand all this restricting access to viewing data that's going on.
