Viewing card

I need a new viewing card as our card was returned with the faulty box. I can seem to get any help . How can I get a new card

You aren't the first to do this and certainly won't be the last.

 

This isn't something the Community Messaging Team can help with so you'll need to call Sky to order a replacement viewing card.

 

Saying nothing when the automation (bot) kicks in sometimes gets you to an agent.
