If I accept sky free for a month through sky VIP how do I cancel it if I don't want to continue?

Is this Sky Sports, Sky Movies or something else as usually 31 days notice is required to cancel a short offer like this so you would need to contact Sky on the same day you add whatever this offer is if this is the case.

So if you don't want to be charged at all for it you would need to cancel on the same day you take up the free month trial of Sky Cinema. You should be able to do this online via https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
